Dry Ice Blasting
PolarJet - Dry Ice Cleaner for the Machine Industry
Dry ice blasting - The revolutionary cleaning method
Thanks to the use of dry ice (frozen carbon dioxide at -78,5 °C) it is now possible to clean molds from plastic or silicon residuals, remove grease, oil, releasing agent, wax, glue, and paints with a far smaller effort than before. Dry ice cleaning has a series of advantages when it comes to claening moulds, parts, tools, machines and installations.
Advantages of dry ice blasting :
Dry ice blasting - Makes cleaning a fun job
PolarJet - Optimized for the machine industry
Due to its small footprint, low pressurized air consumption and its design according to machine industry needs, the PolarJet overcomes the traditional limits of dry ice blasting. Particularly, the low consumption of pressurized air of only 500 l/min allows for operation with compressors that are allready installed; no need to buy a more powerful compressor, an investment that is in itself much higher than the cost of the dry ice cleaning unit.
Construction of the PolarJet:
Scope of application
The advantages of dry ice cleaning plus the design features of the unit make the PolarJet the ideal solution for a broad range of cleaning applications:
